Unsteady aerodynamics research primarily is focused on the limit cycle oscillations of slender delta wing and their control. Both pitching and plunging motions have been used to reduce the wing-rock. Current work in wind tunnel and water tunnel deals with the Roll-Yaw coupled oscillations.
